As part of La Trobe University Students (LTU) Exchange Program, a visit to JSSAHER, Mysore is being organised between September 22nd to October 5th, 2019.

In this regard the LTU Students visited JSS Hospital on October 1st, 2019 during which they also visited our Special Clinic at JSS Hospital, “Breathe Healthy”.

During their visit the students were informed about the concept of Inter professional Education and Practice by the Breathe Healthy Inter professional Healthcare Team. The Team explained about how Breathe Healthy functions and what is the role of every member in the team. Few case reports were presented and discussed.

The importance of having an inter professional / interdisciplinary theme while delivering our service to the needy was also emphasized. The LTU Students actively interacted with the team and appreciated the concept of having an inter professional healthcare team for managing patients with Air way Centered Disorders.
