JSSCP, Ooty - Pharmacy Education Unit & IQAC organized a special lecture (Friday, May 12, 2023, 2 - 5 pm) for the faculty members on the topic 'Salient Features of National Education Policy, 2020' (NEP 2020)' by one of the renowned educationalist Dr. Sheela Ramachandran, Pro-Chancellor, Atmiya University, Rajkot, Gujarat (Former Vice Chancellor of Avinashilingam University, Coimbatore).

She has expalined various features of Higher Education System in NEP 2020 from the perspective of Pharmacy programs and showcased the NEP oriented syllabus for BPharm program without deviating the PCI regulations and requirements.

She emphasized the need of exclusive teams and manpower for teaching, research, administration, total quality management, etc. in order to ensure the quality.
