Department of Public Health Dentistry, JSS Dental College and Hospital, JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research, Mysuru organized a free dental check up and treatment camp at JSS Polytechnic College for Physically Handicapped on 11.3.2020. The camp benefited 110 polytechnic college physically challenged students. A total of 71 received basic treatments such as oral prophylaxis, restorations and extractions at the camp site and those who required further treatment were referred to JSS Dental College and Hospital. School students received Oral hygiene instructions and Demonstration of brushing technique. The camp was attended by Dr. Sunitha.S, Dr.Maurya.M., PG Dr. Pratibha sharma and house surgeons.
