Dr. Chandra Sekar
Dr. M. Chandra Sekar is the Associate Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences in University of Findlay, Findlay, Ohio. He was appointed as the post doctoral fellow at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Wisconsin. He has worked as Pharmacist in UC Hospital, Cincinatti, Ohio and Bay Medical Center, Panama City, Florida. Dr. Sekar was also the Research Assistant Professor in School of Medicine, UAB, Birmingham, Alabama.
Dr.Sekar has earned his B.Pharmacy and M.Pharmacy from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India and M.S. & Ph.D. in Molecular Pharmacology from University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada.
Dr. Sekar has published over 25 peer-reviewed research manuscripts and has done Research Presentations in over 30 National and International meetings. He has ten years of experience in teaching Graduate level of courses and has been a course Coordinator of cardiovascular pharmacology and therapeutics course. Dr. Sekar is a member for the American Association for Advancement of Science, American Society of Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics, Ohio Academy of Science, American Pharmaceutical Association and Ohio Pharmacist Association
